Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days with proof of purchase for unopened and unused items. Opened products, singles, clearance items, special orders, booster packs, booster boxes, and other randomised products cannot be returned. Faulty items are covered under Irish consumer law.
Store Credit
Store credit and gift card credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, used for event entries, or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
Purchase Limits
To ensure fair access to products, Rogue Gaming may apply customer purchase limits on selected items, promotions, or new releases. For certain products, promotions, or limited-availability items, priority may also be given to tournament attendees.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are subject to supplier availability and allocation. If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Events
Event kits and participation products are reserved for event participants. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. No-shows will be refunded as store credit.
Pricing
Prices and product availability may change without notice. While Rogue Gaming strives to offer products at the recommended selling price (RSP), pricing may vary due to limited allocations, supply constraints, supplier costs, or market demand.
Certain products may also be offered at different prices depending on whether they are sold as sealed or unsealed displays. Rogue Gaming reserves the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors.
