Participation
Participants agree to the Event Policy and must follow Rogue Gaming's Community Code and applicable tournament rules. Rogue Gaming may adjust event formats, schedules, capacity, or prizing when necessary.
Event Sign-Ups
Event participation is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis only for players who purchase an event ticket through Rogue Gaming's official channels, either online or in person. Registration through a publisher's platform does not guarantee a place in the event.
Cancellations
Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a refund. Late cancellations and no-shows may be refunded as store credit.
Event Kits
Participation products and event kits are reserved for registered participants and are subject to availability and timely delivery from publishers and distributors. If an event kit has not arrived, Rogue Gaming will notify the community through its social channels at least 24 hours before the event.
Included products may be collected within 30 days after the event. Unclaimed products may be forfeited.
Promotional Material
Promotional materials are subject to availability and timely delivery from publishers and distributors and will be allocated to eligible participants based on availability. If promotional materials are delayed and unavailable on the event date, eligible participants may collect their allocated materials within 30 days after they arrive at Rogue Gaming.
Results Reporting
Players are responsible for ensuring that match results are reported accurately.
For League Points, all reported match results are considered correct and final and cannot be changed once the next round or match has officially started.
For Pack-per-Win prizing, a result may still be corrected after this point if both players involved speak directly with the Tournament Organizer (TO) and confirm the reporting error.
Prizing
For every event, Rogue Gaming will allocate booster packs ("Packs") from the latest available set for that game, subject to sufficient stock to cover the event's prizing requirements.
Packs allocated for event prizing may be discounted from their regular retail price and cannot be exchanged or swapped for other products during prizing.
Participants may choose to receive their prizing as Packs, Store Credit, or a combination of both.
If sufficient Packs are not available, affected prizing will be awarded as Store Credit.
