Treat everyone with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Welcome players of all backgrounds and experience levels, and help new players feel at home. Bullying, discrimination, intimidation, harassment, or other unwanted behaviour will not be tolerated.
Respect our shared space by cleaning up after yourself, looking after the store and other patrons' property, and being mindful of those around you.
Play Fair
Follow the rules, play honestly, and respect staff, judges, and event organizers. Respect everyone's time by being ready to play, keeping games moving, and following event schedules.
Win or lose respectfully, and remember that everyone is here to have fun.
Have Fun
Enjoy the games, celebrate the community, and help create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can have a great time.
Speak Up
If you experience or witness behaviour that does not align with our Community Code, please speak to a member of staff or an event organizer. We take all concerns seriously and will respond fairly.
Breaches of this Code may result in a reminder, a formal warning, removal from an event, or, depending on the severity or repeated nature of the behaviour, a temporary or permanent ban from the store.
